3. SMS / Text Messaging (Opt-In, Frequency, and Rates)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Niveo Cleaning Services about your service request, quotes, appointment confirmations, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying END, and you can get help by replying HELP or contacting us at the details in Section 8.

4. No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data categories described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information (your SMS opt-in and consent) will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and website of Niveo Cleaning Services LLC (“Niveo,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or opting into our messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Niveo provides residential cleaning services, including move-out/move-in, deep, and post-construction cleaning, in the South Tampa, Florida area. The specific scope and price of each job are confirmed on your quote.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide (service type, home size, condition) and are confirmed before work begins. Final pricing may be adjusted for scope changes agreed in writing.

3. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. No-access or lockouts may incur a trip fee.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion via the invoice provided, unless otherwise agreed. A deposit may be required to reserve a date.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are insured and take care with your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Niveo Cleaning Services operates an SMS program to communicate with customers who opt in. Message use cases include: quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, scheduling and reminders, service updates, and customer-service replies. By opting in, you consent to receive these messages at the mobile number you provide.

8. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting END to our number. After you send END, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time or reply START.

10. Message Frequency, Rates & Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Niveo is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

11. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

12. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to opt into our SMS program and to use our services. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services and messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information, including that mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties.
